Use the official tools that match your Zen firmware. Script delivery requires an internet connection and an active subscription. If you change PCs, contact us to reset the binding.
VQ8 is an independent product. Cronus Zen hardware is sold separately. Your subscription controls access to VQ8 downloads; it does not remotely remove scripts already programmed onto a device.
